I work with my colleagues to produce above-brand content with a focus to hit quarterly metrics. I look after updating the professional website and occasionally am assigned a new project outside of what I know.
Yes. How to use a multitude of new systems and how to communicate professionally on a number of platforms with a wide range of people.
I enjoy the flexibility that comes with the job and I thoroughly enjoy the fact that I get to work closely with a few people as it makes me feel as if I am really working as part of a team.

I receive a healthy amount of support. Depending how busy my colleagues are, I sometimes must figure things out by myself.
I receive lots of support in this area. It is clear that they are happy for me to prioritise my learning.

Yes
If they are interested in what Pfizer stands for and are looking for a career relevant to the openings that Pfizer has annually, then I would definitely recommend it.
It is single-handedly one of the best companies to work for so get excited if you get in! I would advise others to develop their understanding of Pfizer's values and network online with people who already work here. Get an understanding of what we do day-to-day and think about how you can contribute.
