I work within commercial risk solutions which means that I assist large companies in managing their risk and obtaining sufficient insurance solutions which meet their needs.
I have developed many skills whilst being an apprentice. One which particularly stands out to me is communication. I have developed this skill by frequently communicating with clients face to face, over the phone and via email on a daily basis.
