My role as an early years apprentice is to support the children at the nursery with their routine in terms of learning, feeding, playing and personal care, such as nappy change.
I have learnt a lot and developed my existing skills. I have learnt a lot about safeguarding and risk assessment in areas such as sleep time, feeding, outdoor play, and the policies and procedures that are being followed to make sure that children are safeguarded
Great support from staff and tutor.
Very well organised.
I received a lot of support from my manager and tutor.
A lot of support,
Everything that I have learned links to practical experience at work, and I am able to apply it to work in practice
