Firstly, i would check emails, respond, answer calls from shippers, do call outs myself to sell services to my shippers, make sure my shippers are doing well if not i would have to ring regarding volume or debt being paid etc. interact with people internally to sort things out.
I'm getting better at communicating with my shipper on the phone, becoming better at problem solving as i understand more of what to do in certain situations, which has also built my customer service skills. Not only this, but i have also began to build negotiation skills.
I enjoy it very well, there is a perfect balance of work life and learning which helps me develop myself, gain more confidence and understand the role more.
I believe it is well organised, as we have everything planned out till 2025 when we have to do our assessment and Aptem shows this, and you are able to know what you will learn and when.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, as whenever i need a helping hand he is there to help and make me understand things better.
I also receive the right amount of support i need from the training provider, because if i ever need to message or call, i am open to do so, and if i need help with a task she will explain it until i understand.
The training does help, however i do also find it helps actually working day to day as it helps me get better and i come across new things so that helps me learn etc. in terms of the workshops, they are very useful and give me an insight.
Not really, or not that i know of. However, if there is a work do, that does involve networking.

The time i have worked for Evri i have enjoyed, the people i work with are great and supportive. i love that you can work from home, but also go in the office. I have found this apprenticeship scheme very useful, the fact i can learn, and get a qualification.
when applying to Evri, i would suggest standing out as so many people would be applying for the role, that would mean making your CV look appealing and something that is wanting to be read, making sure to add as much relevant experience you have that would fit the role. Not only this, but when i did the video for them i made sure to show my personality as i think that is what landed me the interview. Also, when it did come to the interview part of it, i made sure to be prepared for what questions they will ask so i can prove i came prepared.
