Visiting customer sites and servicing the BMS system. This includes monitoring, troubleshooting and fixing any issues that arise.
Yes my customer facing skills/professionalism has improved since having to engage in conversations with customers.
I enjoy the work side of the programme a lot but less so the uni side

Yes there is the DofE gold programme, there is often networking events and there are social committees that meet every few weeks along with Employee Resource Groups to be a part of.
