Weekly analysis for stakeholders, adhoc reporting on customer complaints and surveys
Every day i'm learning something new, from stakeholder management, storytelling, visualisation and all the skills required to be a great analyst
I really enjoy it, I think some of the residentials were a bit over-generalised, but I understand that is the nature of such programmes
It could have been better structured, this is more on the Firebrand end of things, than on my employer
Whenever i've needed support, i've been able to ask for it and received it
They have been very directed towards supporting me in this regard.
As for this aspect, I mentioned about things being a bit too generalised. This has meant that i still feel very much in the learning process, even after basically completing the gateway process...
I'm very involved with side-of-desk activities, i've hosted events throughout my time at Lloyds and will be hosting another next week. I have joined many of our networks to support wherever and however I can, even if it's just going to events and publicising what we do through writeups on Linked In.
