I am a member presentative and help and serve customers everyday with managing their finances .
I have learnt so much about the financial industry and retail banking in general
The programme is unstructured , and unclear , it does not provide anything really useful. Other than the qualification gained the rest of the work is unnecessary and it not enhance career progression. Career progression is something that should be more talking about /linked with the apprenticeship. As now i feel like i am trapped doing this with no progression.
I think the programme is unstructured and unorganised - seems very confusing and lack for information of career progression from the apprenticeship is not mentioned
I receive a lot of support from my managers and they provide me the time i need but they don't see what i get out of the apprenticeship at the end like myself
I receive support from my training provider but more support and clarity would be more appreciated due to how unstructured the programme is
I personally don't see how my programme helps me perform better as I am generally continuously developing , i feel with or without the apprenticeship i would be in the same position

No
I personally would not recommend nationwide apprenticeships due to how unstructured and unclear they are. It feels impossible to get the workload done and does not support career progression at all.
