Assisting the class teacher and helping students to engage in learning and completing their work through out they day. Assisting students to scribe and explain in detail what is required for them to complete their tasks and to achieve a positive attitude to learning is key for students who ma need help throughout they day.
I have learnt different types of strategies on how to help children and students learning a positive way. I’ve learn how to deal with behaviour problems And how every child is different, one way, it be easy to learn what others learning different ways, so by having strategies in place and being able to adapt the way you teach and the way they learn
I have enjoyed my Apprenticeship and get life skills and how to deal with people who have different upbringings and challenging life. I enjoy interacting with others and help understand how, and in which way I positively help others by doing different courses like Adhd, autism behaviour, management steps training
When I first started my apprenticeship, I was very nervous because I needed to get my qualifications in Maths English everyone who support me and my Apprenticeship were really nice and was always available if I needed to ask any questions or had or needed answers to how my Apprenticeship would work
I have received lots of support from my employer on the Apprenticeship and had all my questions and answers answered. I’m very happy and I’ve really enjoyed doing my my Apprenticeship in the field of of in the school environment with a good team around me I will achieve
I have received lots of support from my trainer who if I have questions he will contact me and answer any queries that I may have. I’m going for my qualification as a teaching assistant level three, so that I could support children with their learning
I enjoy learning whilst I have been getting experience of working with children who have behaviour issues. Building a repour with them and building relationships so the children have a connection and you can build on that trust . I have completed two qualifications in maths and English functional skills .
We have twilight meetings once a month we do course throughout the year and I have completed steps training and other training courses in ADHD and mental health and some others. I go on trips with the children to the pantomime and go ape was other one I attended with the children.

Very friendly and professional people and are not just your employer so if anything goes wrong they are very helpful and will help where they can to support you at anytime. They will get back to you rather quickly and always try make you smile even down the phone or in video calls.
I would highly recommend inspire to all my friends and family. That they are reliable and helpful and try to resure if you have an issue. Always professional when helping you helped me get my maths and English qualifications and soon I will have completed my teaching assistant level 3 qualification.
