I am a team Leader. I work with young adults with learning disabilities and autism. Support the service users with their day to day routine. Mentor new staff members. Act as a deputy manger when the manager is on leave.
I am learning about the managerial side as in the future i would like to become a manager.
I enjoyed it a lot as it has help me to develop more skills and gain more knowledge.
It was very well organized. I had my tutor through out the course and they were very helpful.
