  • I am a team Leader. I work with young adults with learning disabilities and autism. Support the service users with their day to day routine. Mentor new staff members. Act as a deputy manger when the manager is on leave.

  • I enjoyed it a lot as it has help me to develop more skills and gain more knowledge.

  • It was very well organized. I had my tutor through out the course and they were very helpful.
