I help to set up for the day ahead, help to run the shift smoothly throughout the day by either being on a station or area leading so flexing onto all of the stations to help them when they are busy.
I am improving my skills through the shifts by learning why we do certain things a way and learning more ways to show confidence within myself.
I really enjoy it now at the start not so much because I got passed around a bit because of needing to change who was helping me but since I have been paired up with Rosie she has been the most amazing help with skills and confidence.
Better now they have shared the apprentices out so one person doesn't have more than they can handle.
So much, she goes out of her way to make sure I understand what I am doing and have all the help I need. No matter what time of the day she is always helping me no matter what.
The most she can possibly give.

Yes i am currently in charge of our well being days where one day a month we go out and do activities to take our mind off of work and just a fun day.
Yes
Because yes it can be busy at times but they help so much when you need it and is a great place to build confidence.
Do it even if you want part time or full time hours, everyone is welcome.
