I really enjoy being challenged, and i have the opportunity to work on new, exciting and different projects every day.
The university was not very well organised at all. I wouldn't recommend using ARU to anybody whatsoever. However my employer made the course as simple as possible.
Plenty, my employer and colleagues assist as much as possible with work and also university inputs. I am close to getting my chartership due to the help and hard work of my colleagues
A meeting every 3 months with good guidance. No longer any university based meetings.
my ICE qualification is relevant to my job role. The Civil engineering course was not as useful since it is a more generalised course, including technical knowledge for geotechnics and structures aswell as highways and drainage
Every night after work there are social activities to get involved in. Football, badminton, table tennis in the office, a work social usually every 2-3 months
