As a project controls assistant, I help deliver the PMO procedures to the client to cause positive impact on the project. This is reporting, cost, schedule etc.

Pretty well, movement between projects can be delayed or slow but will always be done for you in the end.
Lots, we have apprentice training sessions. And you will always have a manager guiding you in the right direction.
