In my 6 months at Mace, as a cost consultant degree apprentice, I've had ample opportunities for training, networking, site visits, and shadowing team members. The experience has been invaluable, providing hands-on learning in the dynamic field of construction cost management.
During my time at Mace, I've enhanced my skills in cost estimation, budget management, and project analysis. Additionally, I've developed stronger communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities through collaboration with colleagues and engagement in real-world construction projects.
I thoroughly enjoy the degree apprenticeship programme at Mace. It offers a perfect blend of academic learning and practical experience, allowing me to apply my knowledge in real- world scenarios while advancing my career in the construction industry.
