My role sits within the valuation department. We undertake residential driven valuations for tax, loan security and enfranchisement purposes.
In my second year, I have developed existing skills to a higher level rather than necessarily developing new skills.
I enjoy my direct team leaders and the apprentice and graduate colleagues.
The programme was initially extremely well structured but has become less hands on since.
I receive good support from my direct team and individuals more so than the wider training programme.
As aforementioned, I receive very good support from my direct team but less so from the graduate team.
I think that my qualification has little impact upon my job role. The qualification is extremely commercially focused.
I partake in Football, Hockey and professional networking events.
Yes
I would recommend Savills but would make some reservations about the programme which you may only learn through the job.
Try to get as much experience as you can and attempt to come in with an open mind to different processes.
