1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a rotating Graduate Surveyor at Savills. I sit on the commercial pathway working towards my RICS accreditation. I am involved in a variety of different activities relating to the commercial sector

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The scheme complements my university studies and provides great practical application of the core modules such as valuation, property transaction and planning.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised. The Human Resource department and all the teams involved in the programme ensure the scheme runs smoothly

UCEM provides practical modules which are targeted to improve professional skills and teach the fundamentals of Real Estate.

Yes please of activities, apprentices and graduates are encouraged to get involved in extra circular activities
