It is now to an extent structured, although at the beginning was not structured at all as there was no communication.

Yes
It’s a great opportunity to get in the business, networking, meeting new people and great way to get into great career roles and aviation.
Definitely have a lot of patience try to prioritise and also enjoy the apprenticeship.
