    • Enjoy the learning part online, don’t really enjoy webinars ( but that may be down to lack of quiet areas at work)

    • Very well organised- wish it was structured to it followed on webinars- the relevant section .

    • At first lots - but recently has tailed off slightly

    • Lots - got lots of help to get maths qualification.

    • Got more confidence, able to identify areas for improvement

    • Easy to progress if desired - decent wages

    • It is what you put into it - if you’re keen to learn and are customer focused their great employers
