I have learned new skills such as problem solving and time management and massively improved my communication skills.
I enjoy completing simple day to day tasks and dealing with different situations everyday, as well as being given time to work on my apprenticeship at my own pace.
I think the apprenticeship is structured well as you are responsible for your own development and can decide what pace you'd like to complete your assignments at.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer by being provided training and time to complete work as well as staying up to date with any apprenticeship events.
I receive lots of support from my apprenticeship coach when completing my work or if I have any questions and I am constantly in touch with them.
The qualification means I can spend more time learning and gaining experience, whilst having a permanent role.
