We allocated jobs to Openreach engineers for the copper line. We plan for the next day and make sure we have enough work for each engineer. we ring out every job to ensure we try our best to get all the customers in service as quickly as possible
i have learnt numerous new skills, enhanced my communications skills, this jobs has helped a lot with confidence, developed my excel skills and learnt many complex skills that will help me in the future with this job and others in the company
i enjoyed this programme as it helped me learn more about the role and what the engineers do. For example it helped me understand more health and safety regulations which allows me to keep and eye out and make sure everyone and myself are safe
i feel there were times where the programme was little unorganised but overall i think the i flow of the work made sense and was intentional
amazing support, very helpful
we had a strong support system when it came to the apprenticeship, we had numerous email chains and messages that were replied to relatively quickly in regard to help and advise we needed
i think that the apprenticeship could have been more focused on our role specifically it seemed to be more aimed and engineers rather than an office based job
our company offers volunteering, they doing walks for charities and fundraising for them
Yes
its decent money depending on the job
to be open minded, absorb information other people have don't overthink it
