I look for new businesses and try to convince them to use EVRi, all leads are self-sourced. I then initially manage accounts I bring on board for a month while still looking for new leads and opportunities to build my pipeline.
Yes I have learned new sales strategies and ways to engage with people, as I had never previously worked in sales everything is new to me so learning every day.
I find it useful as I have never previously had any sales experience and training and I suppose this apprenticeship gives me these opportunities to learn specific techniques and methods used by people who have done the job successfully in the past.
The programme has been organised well, in particular with having a specific development coach it means I always have someone to speak to if i need, meetings and workshops are planned well in advance so I have plenty of time to mange apprenticeship with everyday work time.
My employer is aware of my apprenticeship and allows me time every week to complete relevant tasks.
BMS and in particular Cassy offer support when needed and I know if I ever have any questions who I need to speak to.
It helps me as it gives me qualified training to use techniques and methods learned during the qualification that i can use and apply to my job.
Not any I can think of.
Yes
Rewarding and challenging.
Be prepared you will have to work hard but it's worth it if you apply yourself.
