I was part of the Residential Development Sales team where I was able to join meetings on a regular occasion as well as shadow my colleagues on viewings to teach me for the future. As my time at Savills grew I was able to take on my responsibilities and be able to conduct my own viewings and help the team with tasks. I was also able to go to other developments within London and gain knowledge of the market.
I have leant more communication skills i.e. how to talk to buyers and clients as well as learn about the industry and continue to gain knowledge within the sector.
I enjoy being able to network with other people i.e. clients , buyers and other agents as well as being able to take on tasks that will give more confidence within my role. I also enjoy being part of a team that is able to help me and allow me to shadow what they do on a day to day basis.
My programme was very well structured due to have training once a month for my course as well as being able to go into different teams and developments to learn more about the LRD team

I receive a lot of support due to being able to ask for help and be able to get advice to help me going forward to pass my qualifications.
It allows me to gain knowledge on how to be more effective in my role and be able to know more about the the industry am in. This allows me to understand certain topics that I am able to discuss with my team.
