Manage and support our Global LMS.
Yes, I learned how to code in python for data analysis, how to use Tableau for visualising data, and key statistical concepts.
I love learning new things especially when I can apply it to my work and see improvements..
It started off really well, but as soon as I was getting to the end, there was less emphasis on teaching and rushing through the learning aspect (the most important element for me) and a lot of pressure and focus on pushing me to get my portfolio done and through to EPA. This wasn't a good experience as the final workshops / assignments were the most complex and needed extra attention, but I was rushed through and expected to put examples in my portfolio when I hadn't had time to fully grasp/explore the concepts.
My manager supported me by preserving my time, but could not help with the coding or concepts. I would have benefited from a mentor who is a data analyst and have suggested this to TUI for future delegates.
Support was good, especially the Friday drop in sessions.
Has been a big benefit and made my work more efficient and professional looking.
Yes, but I have not joined them.
Yes
I have been with TUI for a few years and have had the opportunity to develop by taking courses, getting involved in projects, and taking on new roles.
It is big and there are complex structures, but colleagues are friendly and helpful. TUI provides a world of opportunities to get involved and grow.
