My role on a day to day basis was mainly admin. I did most of the admin work that supported the team and then alongside this i would learn new things when the team had time to show me. I also used to do some apprenticeship work such as logging my hours and revising for my exams.
I have developed my communication, time management, team work skills. I have also learnt new skills such as presenting.
I enjoy my programme, theres interesting things to learn about on a day to day. I have never not wanted to go into work.
I think its very organized and monitored, you have regular progress reports and they set goals for you to reach every couple of months to make sure you are on track to completing the apprenticeship.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, my team and my manager. They are very supportive when it comes to sick days or just anything you may need.
You receive some support such as the regular progress meetings and if you fail an exam they can sort you out a coach for extra help
I feel like it helped me a bit in terms of understanding risk but it didn't really apply a lot to my role that i was in on a day to day basis.
There's loads of extra curricular activities and social events such as dancing classes and ping pong competitions.
Yes
I think its a good company to work for and you can go far in terms of development.
Be honest and yourself.
