  • I support the performance management team with cyclical processes such as objective settings and help to formulate objective setting documents for teams in China. I also review trainings to help employees learn about the performance management process

  • I enjoy my programme as I get to experience every varied activities, and get to get involved with lots of different teams

  • It is structured with 6 months rotations that are set for me and I get to see all of the different teams

  • My employer keeps in touch with my provider and makes sure that I am rotating through varied teams

  • I receive help with my assignments and guidance documents

  • I feel that it helps me to learn about legislations that are relevant to policies in my organization

  • I am co-chair of the apprenticeNet and we organize apprenticenet socials such as ping pong, table football, table tennis, business sponsor Networking and efficiency workshops

  • I would tell them to research UBS and take up every opportunity to come to visit in person to get a taste of the culture and best of luck! It's a great place to work!
