I am a tax advisor at Deloitte. This involves preparing tax advice as well as speaking and meeting with clients. I am now ATT qualified and I will be studying towards ACA next year.
I have learned an enormous amount, both from professional qualifications and on the job training. In addition to the technical skills that I have learned, I have improved my 'soft' skills as well.
I enjoy it very much and I am staying on as a full time employee. I get to work with great people which makes a huge contribution to my enjoyment.
I have worked with a number of different people who have always been respectful of school leavers and treated us the same as graduates. I have also been promoted a couple of times since I joined in 2012.
We are mostly treated the same as the graduates that we take on which I see as a positive. There is also a special training course for school leavers which takes place before we join.
Support is always there if needed, however in most cases this will not be necessary. If I have any small issues I am happy to go to my performance manager.

The first year pay is not great and would not allow a great standard of living. However there is every opportunity to get a big pay rise after the first year which would put you as the same pay as a graduate.
There are plenty of opportunities outside of work, be that socialising with colleagues or other clubs/activities. I have played basketball with other Deloitte guys before.
Yes
It is a good place to work with great opportunities for progression. If you put the effort in you can get a lot out of it.
Make sure that you are prepared for your interview, e.g. Knowing what the team you're applying for does and what you're likely to be doing. Make sure that you're aware of what's expected of you before you apply.
