I work checking in and boarding customers. I also host by giving directions to customers and assisting them with issues that they face within the terminal

I’ve developed my confidence since working here, I now know how to interact with people clearly and professionally. My communication skills have significantly improved and I have more drive to improve further.

British airways is such a well renowned brand and offers so many doors and opportunities. They are flexible and treat the staff so well, we are all incredibly lucky to work here
