1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

BT is a great company to work for. Throughout my apprenticeship program, all my colleagues were very helful. I learned a lot by shadowing engineers in the field. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have a career in IT.

I have learned so many new skills, especially about networking.

It was structured very well.

BT was on my side whenever I needed them.

The training provider was great especially teachers were amazing.

I think it went very well. Most of the things that I have learned throughout my apprenticeship programme I am now applying to my day to day job.

Just do it. Try to be on top of your course work and make sure you enjoy while you are learning.
