Yes, the apprenticeship has supported me in learning and has really support me in my doing my job.
Really good, I have learn things that I wouldn't have seen had I not been on the apprenticeship
OK, it took a bit of adjustment to this way of learning. It seems that the approach is different to the way I have learnt during professional exams and academic study.
My employer has been really supportive and helpful and has given my multiple opportunities for off the job learning.
The format is different to anything that I have done before, but the more time I spend on the apprenticeship the more I enjoy the process. I think M&B are are a great employer and would recommend them. M&B expect you to work hard but the management team and the support you get is second to none.
Do research about the company and ensure your values align. Be prepared to show you are hard working, a team player and that you are willing to learn. A good attitude and ability to get along with colleagues is more important than anything else.
