The role includes a variety of tasks based within finance. Including month end tasks and day to day tasks within the team.

The learning is continuous as you take on new processes and develop your understanding of financial processes, tasks and programs

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program me as I can get a wide variety of experience and insight to different areas within finance. The community is great and there are always opportunities to expand knowledge and experience.

The programme is well structured with 3 rotations across different functions.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive support when learning new things and with my studies, there is always someone able to answer questions or give additional support where needed.

I receive support where required, keeping progress reports and in contact with regular updates

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that the qualifications give me essential information on the fundamentals of finance and business processes. This allows me to have a deeper insight into how things are done and why.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We hold monthly social events at work between the graduates and have days within teams where we connect and have a team day together.
