Employ knowledge of Drug Product unit operations, process engineering and modelling to support the development, scale-up and manufacture of drug product through to commercialization.

There is the option to rotate into different roles and departments throughout the apprenticeship, which can mean there isn't always a plan set out.
Many social events organized among early talent groups as well as weekly sporting clubs/activities which you can get involved in.

Apprentices are well supported throughout the apprenticeship and given the right environment to develop many skills. Apprentices are also given some flexibility to tailor their apprenticeship to their interests.
