Yes I have developed my Excel skills and learnt how to Code in python. I have gained valuable validation knowledge and I am aware of the high quality standards that are needed in this company.
My programme is relevant to my job and I tend to use some of the skills I have learnt in my degree studies in my day to day job. I thoroughly enjoy working in my team and I have made great relationships with colleagues.
It is well structured with my going to university once a month for a week. All expenses are covered by AstraZeneca and they have a great strategy for claiming expenses.
I have regular meetings with my manager and He is able to help me when writing technical reports as he is skilled in what he does. I receive support off my team members when I am upskilling and when reviewing my reports.
Lecturers are on hand to help via Email and put lots of informative presentations and example questions on an interactive workspace called 'blackboard'.
I think that with me studying my degree at the same time as working greatly improves my knowledge as I am learning every day in my Job and then also taking the knowledge I am gaining from university into my Job.
There is always extra curricular Apprentice shows that we can participate in, these consist of apprentices showcasing what they have learnt so far and also encouraging younger people to follow in similar footsteps.
Yes
AstraZeneca is a global leader in medicine production and is only growing. You would be warmly welcomed into a team and would be set up for success in such a large and expanding company.
Revise the views and beliefs and try and integrate these into your interview questions/slide show.
