I enjoy the interactive side where you are working as a team to help ensure that the projects are is running smoothly and getting involved in big projects that are happening in other areas of the world.
The programme is structured so that you sit 16 exams over the course of the 3-4 years whilst providing you real work experience. You can plan when you want to take your exams with your talent coach and they will help guide and give you support.
My employer funds the course. I get a weekly study day and also exam leave when needed. They also help fund my travel to and from the training provider.
They assign a talent coach that I can contact when I need help or advice. The talent coach helps me structure when to take the exams and what I need to do to help towards my EPA. They also provide all the resources I need and support from experts.
I can say that the qualification has definitely helped me to perform better in my role as they provide workshops to improve my knowledge, skills and behaviour whilst giving the classes that have made my more confident about aspects of my work which I may have struggled with prior
At work I mainly get involved with the social events and team days.
