  • I am assigned to projects where I am working with the project manager to ensure that we are monitoring project performance monthly. This also includes looking at the projects working capital as well as billing and forecasting.

  • I enjoy the interactive side where you are working as a team to help ensure that the projects are is running smoothly and getting involved in big projects that are happening in other areas of the world.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is structured so that you sit 16 exams over the course of the 3-4 years whilst providing you real work experience. You can plan when you want to take your exams with your talent coach and they will help guide and give you support.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer funds the course. I get a weekly study day and also exam leave when needed. They also help fund my travel to and from the training provider.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • They assign a talent coach that I can contact when I need help or advice. The talent coach helps me structure when to take the exams and what I need to do to help towards my EPA. They also provide all the resources I need and support from experts.

  • I can say that the qualification has definitely helped me to perform better in my role as they provide workshops to improve my knowledge, skills and behaviour whilst giving the classes that have made my more confident about aspects of my work which I may have struggled with prior

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Arcadis?
  • Get involved with as much opportunities that are outside your comfort zone to learn and grow. During your studies it is important to stay disciplined.
