my job role is to be a guide for customers that are having issues with email and tech issues.
I have learnt many conversational skills and have improved my ability to listen and to multitask. I have also learnt to be patient.
I enjoy it a lot as it is a very welcoming environment and there is always somebody there to help you.
I think that it is very well organised.
I find my employer to be very supportive as I know that I can ask them anything and they will always be willing to help.
We receive a lot of support from our provider as we are able to contact our coach at anytime and she will always help.
It helps me perform better as it helps my conversational skilld.
