  • I have learnt many conversational skills and have improved my ability to listen and to multitask. I have also learnt to be patient.

  • I enjoy it a lot as it is a very welcoming environment and there is always somebody there to help you.

  • I think that it is very well organised.

  • I find my employer to be very supportive as I know that I can ask them anything and they will always be willing to help.

  • We receive a lot of support from our provider as we are able to contact our coach at anytime and she will always help.
