Programme overall has been a good experience, some issues with tutors on a couple of modules but overall a positive experience
QA deliver the programme with Northumbria University, the structure of the programme seems good. The organisation has been fairly sub par due to issues with the lecturers on a couple of the modules.
Since beginning the programme I have had a change of job role then a change of line management so the support received has been changeable.
QA and Northumbria University provide support through workshops, access to a virtual library, access to journal articles and support for neurodiverse learners.
Having only completed the L4 modules, moving on to the L5 modules will be an interesting change. I've been able to implement some L4 skills into my day to day role.
We have team days and office days to socialise with colleagues. We have also been involved in the occasional project specific networking event.
