As a General Manager I am fully accountable for all aspects of the business. Day to day running of a busy pub, the role is very varied
Numerous skills learnt, a more in depth knowledge of Leadership, change management and project management
I did enjoy the programme, but at times found it very stressful to fit around life and work
At the start of the programme my employer was incredibly supportive, as it was my AOM who encouraged me. Change of management since then so for the last year not as much
Not that I'm aware of
Yes
I have been with Marston's for a long time and felt r the most part its been a solid company to work for
Be realistic with expectations. Be courageous.
