I thoroughly enjoyed the programme, it significantly boosted my confidence and enhanced my ability to reflect on my own performance while also supporting others. Overall, it was a highly rewarding experience. Understanding the available techniques and models will support our organisation's efforts to improve efficiency, effectiveness and overall performance.
The programme was well-structured, requiring me to manage my daily responsibilities effectively to ensure readiness. It provided valuable support for various projects, contributing to my overall success.
I received full support from my employer, allowing me to dedicate time from my day-to-day tasks. Additionally, I was allocated a mentor and received support from my line manager and fellow colleagues.
I personally feel I had full support all the way from my training provider when working towards my qualifications. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had and provided valuable resources and guidance throughout the program
