My role involves managing a small team of team leaders, who lead a bigger team of telephony agents in a contact centre.
I building my communication and leadership skills all the time
I am in the early stages of the programme but i am enjoying it a lot. the learning part of it isn't something that i have done for many years, and some types of learning are new to me
its very well organised and structured. i have 20% of my week dedicated to my apprenticeship
i receive a lot of support from my employer on a daily basis with meetings/workshops etc
i have been receiving good level of support so far
i am still in the early stages

There is a lot of different job roles within the DWP and a lot of opportunities to progress.
Make sure that you take your time in writing the behaviours that are needed for the application. Get someone to read them through and make it perfect
