  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The induction was really great, as we met all school leavers from the UK and spent two days learning about Deloitte and getting to know our roles and the people we would be working with. Study support is always available and the structure takes the pressure off of the exams which helps to progress in work. The buddy system works really well and is really well organised

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a great place to work with great people. There is a very rewarding culture and whenever you feel that you need help, someone has probably already offered! You get to travel and meet new people all the time, expand your network and learn 'your trade' while enjoying the social aspects.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Deloitte?
  • Really consider how you want to come across on your application, as Deloitte are really interested in your personality and how you would fit in with the rest of the firm especially as you have to work a lot with clients on a daily basis. For interviews try not to be nervous and make the most of meeting other applicants and learning from them
