I manage a team who maintain access to software systems
I have learnt lots of new skills, I have learnt more about governance and projects, areas i have not worked in before. i have also learned better management skills to work with my team.
I love the fact i am learning new skills and pushing myself everyday to be a better me
The program is really well organised. I can work at my speed when i have the availability. With all the resources and support I need
My Manager has been really supportive as has the department I work in.
I speak to my coach regularly and I can contact her at any time i need more support. Patricia Cousins has been brilliant she has made the course so enjoyable
I think all new managers should have this chance it makes such a difference
