My role at BT involves conducting tests on software and infrastructures to ensure they are functioning the way the customer want them to.
Yes, I have learnt several news skills regarding my role and working in a corporate office environment.
I enjoy it because I like to work and learn at the same time.
It is very well structured as I am given plenty of time to complete any work to complete my apprenticeship.
I receive a lot of help from my managers and I am given external support from our Future Careers network that offer more information.
I am given full support any time I need it.

Yes there are plenty of social activities and events that employees can get involved in.

The team are very supportive and the company as a whole has alot to offer in terms of the future and experiences to have.
