Ensuring the wider business understands the proposition and so develop a strategy to drive more customers to use the service.
I have covered various topics that have exposed me to new ways of working and developing ideas within my team.
I enjoyed meeting like minded students on the course resulting in new ways of thinking.
There were issues in regards to admin and partly due to Covid restrictions. Deadlines and supporting accessing material was challenging at times.

My tutor was very supportive and understood my needs when discussing them in the meetings.
Due to the learning, I am able to understand more complex business topics which helps develops a more robust strategy.
