So many volunteering programmes with a range of people. In fact you get 2 paid days to volunteer.

Yes
Whats special about UBS is that unlike other apprenticeships, after you finish you’re programme, you automatically roll off into the job you’re currently on. Whereas other companies make you reapply.
Do your research on the company. For example their values and communities.
