I deliver customer service on behalf of British Airways through the check in process all the way to boarding passengers onto an aircraft.
I have learnt many new skills on how things work and develop in an airport to ensure customers have a successful experience through their step to step journey and also developed more within my existing skill of personal confidence.
I do enjoy my current apprentice programme a lot since it’s helped me grow as a young adult during work life and given me the chance to be offered a lot of opportunities and experiences.
It is organised and structured in best way to honour our needs by the support provided.
Ive received the best support all over, I’ve always felt heard and time taken to be listened too whenever I’ve reached out to my apprentice team.
I’ve received a lot of support which has helped me feel valued in respect to my managers wanting me to reach the highest qualifications as possible.
With the support it allows my confidence to feel more encouraged and that helps me feel that I can perform to my highest level.
There have been a few opportunities offered out to us as apprentices to take part in professional events where we can interact with others and get to experience of different type of events.
