i am the kitchen manager for a food led pub, we also do a carvery every day which is our main food that we do. i am in charge of all the Rotas and food orders and basically everything else with in the kitchen as well as complying with the food policies.
although i have graded this high i have always done in on my rest days so i don’t impact the rest of my chefs

marstons is a business and what all business do is want to make money. however said that i have gone to a few different pubs that belong to marstons and all the pubs have a good working relationship between them all and they make you feel valued and part of the team. which overshadows marstons as a business.
be yourself and you’ll be fine. don’t be try to be something your no.
