Costa Coffee's graduate program in finance has been a fantastic journey for me! The 3-year program offers three diverse business rotations within finance, providing us with a holistic view of the business and invaluable hands-on experience. What's especially valuable is the opportunity to work towards professional qualifications like CIMA or ACCA alongside our roles. Overall, I'm very pleased with the experience.
The program has equipped me with a strong foundation in accounting, advanced Excel skills and polished my abilities in delivering clear and impactful presentations.
I thoroughly enjoy the program! Not only have I gained valuable skills, but I've also had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people along the way.
The program is well-organized and structured. With its three distinct business rotations, I've had a clear path to follow, each rotation building upon the last.
I receive a great support from my employer throughout the program. Everyone has been very helpful and supportive, always ready to provide guidance and assistance whenever needed
I don't often need to reach out for help from my training provider, however whenever I have, they have been more than willing to assist.
I find that my qualification in CIMA is very helpful for my role. The knowledge and skills I've gained through studying CIMA often prove useful in my day-to-day work.
Sometimes we have some interesting events organized, offering opportunities to broaden our horizons and get to know other likeminded individuals.
Yes
I think Costa has a great culture and very clear vision for the future.
If you're considering applying to Costa Coffee, my advice would be to highlight your enthusiasm for learning and growth and demonstrate your interest in the brand.
