Offshore Performance Executive Review

Managining performance of 2 international call centres. Producing and analysing reporting, creating and running incentives, managing projects, dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

My course has supported my development in my current role and provided me with new skills that directly apply to my role such as project management and operational management.

I have found the programme very enjoyable, the mix of workshops and self study has been good and my tutor is approachable and knowledgeable.

The programme is generally well organised and well structured, some activities and work set is not always clear on first inspection, but my tutor will also clarify if I ask.

My employer has allowed me sufficient time to complete the work and opportunities to embed my learning.

I receive plenty of support from my training provider, mostly my tutor, they are always responsive if I have a question and have provided monthly 121s to review my progress.

My qualification has given me new knowledge and skills and increased levels of confidence, all of which I can apply to my current role allowing me to perform better.
