Being in my first year, i am going through the basic training required for my apprenticeship and gaining the baseline qualifications required to move into my next steps on the course. i am in the apprentice training school learning modules like welding, PLC, milling, turning and more. alongside this, i spend 1 day a week completing my theory side of the course

the workplace culture is very welcoming and it is a pleasure to work at MINI Plant Oxford, and the qualifications gained alongside experience on the job is invaluable
