I assist consultants of all different types varying from chaperoning to completing tasks such as visual fields.
i have learnt many new skills and developed my existing skills by gaining new knowledge.
I enjoy doing my work to the extent I like telling people at home what I've learnt.
It is very well structured. I get regular chats with my 1;1 if I need.
I get a lot of support from my employer however I sometimes do not get the time to complete my work.
I get a good amount of support from the training provider and know I can always get in touch if I have an issue.
It helps me better in my role as I get a better understanding of basic care and support
yes they hold classes such as pilaties and hold social activities like quiz night.
Yes
everyone is so friendly and supports on another. If you ever need help there is always someone you can talk to.
