I support the children's learning through fun engaging activities, supporting their development and having an awareness of their needs and next steps. Following their individual care plans and ensuring their safety and welfare is paramount at all times. I also report and record such as accident forms, registers and observations. Liaising with parents at all times ensuring they are aware of how they have been.
Absouletly! I completed my level 2 with realise and they was amazing. The value of the webinars and the sessions couldn't be faulted. I absolutely loved doing my level 2 and I am so excited to learn more skills when doing my level 3 and increasing my knowledge further.
Yes I do! I am always excited to attend webinars and my monthly 1-1 with my trainer assessor. She always makes sure that I am okay and understand before moving on! I always enjoy to attend webinars as they are so interactive.
AMAZING! They always send out structured work and have well structured lesson plans that you expect before you go in as they email/let you know before every session in advance what the plan is.
I receive additional training when needed, always offering support and knowledge when needed. Always ensuring I receive off the job training at least 6 hours per week, but usually more!
Alll the support I need, I couldn't ask for more! She is always replying to messages and emails when needed and will offer more session if needed!
When doing face to face visits, she will always model her knowledge with the children, engaging with them and giving everyone opportunities to her learning methods!
Not activities such as listed, but we will always do work events such as bake sales, fundraising events, work meals and team building activities that benefits the setting such as meals.
