My day-to-day varies depending on what workload I receive from my manager and how busy it is within our company. However, I do start my day by checking my emails in the morning if any emails have been sent in my absence. My job role entails me doing VAT returns, confirmation statements, HMRC calls, client transfers, Payroll etc.
Yes, I have developed all my existing skills from accounting itself to organisation and multitasking etc. I am a true believer in there is always room to improve but most importantly studying accounting with Paragon Skills along side being employed in the accountancy field is very helpful in expanding my knowledge and skills even further.
I truly enjoy everything about the programme from doing real work in accounting and not only studying the theory side of it. I also enjoy the lessons Paragon Skills has provided/ provides as it truly allows me the study effectively in obtaining the knowledge and I can successfully say I have passed two exams already because of it.
Overall, the programme is organised and everything is done as provided in our schedule. However, there was a minor hiccup when it came to our second exam as Paragon Skills had some technical difficulties with the AAT software on there laptops, which did mean our exam had to be rescheduled a week later.
I can’t thank my employers enough on how supportive they are.
All support is provided when asked.
All the knowledge and skills obtained through my provider has truly help me perform better within my role.
Yes, there are always different types of extra-curricular activities to get involved in at my work such as Christmas party, summer event, bakery event and many more.
Yes
Working within Caroola is very environmentally friendly and diverse but most importantly the support given which tops it all off.
Be yourself, play as a team and make it happen.
